Smokin' Drum Features a Pit Minder by BBQGuru.  The Pit Minder uses an internal temperature probe that sends readings every 6 seconds.  This allows you to precisely control the pit temperature up to 370 degrees.  You get the taste of charcoal and wood burning, with the control of gas!!
